Now that spring has officially arrived and warmer weather seems to be here to stay, spring cleaning tops many to-do lists. Whether it’s a fresh coat of paint, packing away winter clothes or simply refreshing your workspace, the new season brings about a sense of renewal.

Reduce
Sometimes less really is more when it comes to decor, knick-knacks, or old paperwork. If you’re easily distracted by trinkets on your desk, it might be time to drop them off for donation. If you have clothes you haven’t worn in five years, it’s probably best to clean out and make room in your closet. Or if you have papers dating 15 years back, it might be time to have some files destroyed.

Reuse
Do you have decorations or other items you’ve grown tired of, yet can’t seem to part with? Try moving them to different locations, or switch out some home decor with your office decor. If you are ready to part with items, drop them off for donation at a local thrift store.

Recycle
